Cheryl's years of experience in Team-building, Human Resources Development, Executive Development, General Management, and Health Promotion, along with a deep interest in the power of the mind, have served as the basis for her unique, practical approach. Many of her programs have included the use of outdoor adventure-based activities. She has had experience in a wide range of industries, from retail and telecommunications to healthcare, including Natural and Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine and Precision Medicine.

She received a special invitation to address the National Conference of the American Society for Training and Development on her powerful work. Cheryl has presented programs to a wide variety of audiences, ranging from Businesses and Professional Organizations, to Universities, Police Departments, and Churches. She works privately with top executives, individuals, couples and families on their personal effectiveness.

In 2008, Cheryl was asked to host a TV Special based on her work called "The Magic Within". She is currently considering further ideas for uplifting media projects.

A Brief Biography

Cheryl was born and raised in the United States. She found herself in front of audiences from a young age, singing and playing guitar with her sister. When she was 10, they won first place at the Dade County Junior Folk Festival. At age 15, Cheryl’s family moved to Australia. She received her Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Organization and Business Management. She was a College Instructor for the University of W. A. and the Western Australian Institute of Technology.

Before returning to the U.S., Cheryl traveled through Asia and Europe. She then began her corporate career as an Executive Trainee with a major department store in Miami, Florida. She was soon a Department Manager responsible for $1million+ per year in retail sales. She received promotions to Personnel Manager, Training Manager, and Manager of College Recruitment and Executive Development.

Cheryl left retail to accept a position as Director of Training for a telecommunications company. Years later, she accepted a position with a major medical center as Manager of Non-Clinical and Executive Training, and later became Manager of the Corporate Wellness Program.

From there, Cheryl stepped out on her own as a Management Consultant, Professional Speaker, and Personal Consultant for a diverse range of clients.

Along the way, Cheryl co-founded and co-operated a shop offering Natural Health Therapies and Products.

Throughout her career, Cheryl has designed and presented classes, training programs, keynotes, and workshops, on a wide variety of topics, including: Executive Team-building; Management Skills; Stress Management; Time Management and Personal Effectiveness; Conflict Management; Customer Service; Collections; Sales Training; Creativity and Problem Solving; Merchandising; Communication Skills; Training the Trainer; Goal Accomplishment; Success without Stress; Branding; Success with Social Media: and more.
